TEACHING OUR CHILDREN
"INCLUSION or EXCLUSION"

Learning by imitation is the essence of our cultures. How can we accomplish world freedom if our culture and schools teach hatred and misinformation of others to our children? Why do some families and societies preach exclusion of those that don't think the same? Why do some religions teach the conversion of others instead of the acceptance of other peaceful religions and cultures? Why do we not teach our children how to embrace the differences of other positive peaceful cultures and belief systems. We can only evolve if we stop being afraid of different ideas and cultures, and include all positive ideas in the mix. We need to teach our children the techniques of discussion and debating facts in a positive way to decide on the best answer, even if there is more than one good answer. This will give our future leaders the abilities to play, negotiate and compromise with others in a non-violent inclusive way. It takes a secure person to acknowledge another view point is better...this is called personal growth. We need to teach our children the right to choose a different peaceful path from others is OK. And that compromise is a sign of strength not weakness. Our children will either learn fear or freedom...what will you teach our children?
