I WANT TO SAVE THE WORLD
" I'M AN IDEALIST...AND I HAVE AN IDEA"

My idea is to create a "Public Educational Community (PEC)" in every town in every country. Each PEC would vary in size and at it's core would be a self-sustaining free school and community college. Each PEC would have free public housing for all students. Students attending the college would also live at PEC and work in some aspect at PEC to help run this self-sustaining entity. Anyone living at PEC must attend classes and work in some capacity to make PEC a self-sustained community. From citizens that can't afford college, to vets back from war, and people who are physically or mentally challenged, homeless, elderly or anyone who needs a helping hand and wants to get an education or learn a trade and is willing to work for it. Along with working at positions in the college and public housing, PEC would also have some kind of manufacturing, assembly, fulfillment or farming facility to teach a trade to those not interested in higher education. Or re-train those who need new techniques to be hired for current job opportunities. All living at the PEC have a personal interest in their PEC being a clean self-sustaining, positive local entity. The general public would also benefit by being able to purchase products or food made by PEC's at low prices made locally. Along with basic education, housing, food and clothing, an emergency medical nurse station will also be located at PEC for basic healthcare. PEC's would vary in size depending on the specific needs of each city or town. Initial funding would be through government grants or local charity organizations looking to help improve the quality of life for all locals citizens and help them become more educated and contribute to society,
