NATO WORLD POLICE TRAINING FORCE
"FAST EMERGENCY DISASTER HELP FREEDOM PROTECTION POLICE FORCE"

When disasters like earth quake, tsunami and floods occur or when wars are waged to protect humanity, NATO needs to be the worlds rapid response police force headed by the leaders of the free world. This military police force can be place anywhere in the world at a moments notice to protect the public from looting and organized crime and to reestablish civil order until the local police can can be trained to take over and keep the peace while the local government is either created or put back together with new free fair elections. This new type of NATO should be the most powerful and smartest military on the planet headed and funded by the leaders of the free world alliance.

If the UN / NATO can create a basic system to build free democratic governments, countries like Egypt, Libya... that now need a helping hand to develop a free democratic state would have a fast road map to help speed their success in developing a free democratic society. Egypt could have a few choices of free democratic systems to choose from like Turkey, USA, Japan, Germany, Britain, Canada, South Korea...Egypt can vote to pick one of these systems to get started and then tweak out their system as they grow and develop, with help from the free world alliance.
