FREEDOM HISTORY USA-101:
The USA is a very young country in relation to other countries. America has evolved into a free society faster than any other nation. However, just like most nations, the USA has a history of terrible crimes against humanity and oppression including American Indians, slavery, women's rights, civil rights... America fought occupying forces and has gone through a bloody civil war to create their free open society of today. Keep in mind, the USA was still denying civil rights to minorities about 50 years ago. The USA also shed blood to protect the freedom of other nations during WWI & WWII, and occupied Germany & Japan, which have become independent wealthy countries and leaders of the free world. The USA still makes mistakes, but continues to evolve into the 21st century by electing new progressive leaders. The amazing history of America's free society should be used as only one example to others living in non-free lands, that real freedom is possible. It might take time, it might take a bloody civil war, but it can only be done from within. And the fight for freedom must be supported by the free world & NATO.
